Gemma and Lis were incredible to work with! My engagement ring had some issues and wasn't exactly what I wanted and the team came up with the most beautiful design that did everything I absolutely wanted out of my ring, balancing design and security perfectly! I had a tight timeline, made only tighter by some unexpected delays that were no one's fault, but Gemma and Lis were able to make it happen and the ring is just perfect! I struggled to take a photo that accurately shows how beautiful it is, but one of my biggest things was the emerald was so beautiful when light went through it but the original ring didn't allow for that, and just LOOK at how it catches the sun in the MOST dazzling way! Anyway, I cannot recommend Gemma Watts Fine Jewelry enough! I would trust her with any jewelry and vision forever!

Working with Gemma was a breeze. It all started from her super educational Tiktoks while i was researching a ring for my (then) girlfriend. There's a wealth of information out there, websites, YouTube videos, other content creators but I found Gemma to be particularly knowledgeable on the subject matter and willing to level with us noobs and provide clear advice on the matter of ring shopping. As a technically minded person i really appreciated it.
I sent an email (to a bunch of jewellers) when i was ready and and Gemma was the first to respond & take me seriously. We had an initial call to set expectations, etc and it all went smoothly. In particular i liked that she could read my level of uhhh ring-education and wasn't afraid to introduce more complex concepts/feedback/responses to my very plentiful questions.
Anyway, the ring/diamond were really well priced, service was great! product was awesome, communication 10 stars.
